On March 12, 2008, QualMark Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its earnings for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2007. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1. The Company also held a conference call on March 12, 2008 at 11:00am EST to discuss the March 12, 2008 press release.
