Table II Column 6 - Exercisable Date: The exercisable dates listed on the form 4 are the first exercisable date from the grant date. The following options were issued with the following grants dates and vested 30% at the end of the first year from grant date, an additional 30% at the end of the second year from grant date and an additional 40% at the end of the third year from the date of grant: 300,000 non-qualified stock options with an exercise price of $2.52 per share were granted on 4/12/99 and are currently exercisable; 166,275 non-qualified stock options with an exercise price of $5.88 per share were granted on 2/18/00 and are currently exercisable; 6,909 incentive stock options and 185,278 non-qualified stock options with an exercise price of $14.47 per share were granted on 2/21/01 with 115,312 of the non-qualified options currently exercisable; 6,063 incentive stock options and 228,313 non-qualified stock options with an exercise price of $16.49 per share were granted on 2/19/02 with 70,312 non-qualified options currently exercisable; 3,679 incentive stock options and 226,321 non-qualified stock options with an exercise price of $27.18 per share were granted on 3/7/03 with none being currently exercisable.
