Base Salary Increase

 

On December 4, 2019, the Compensation Committee of the board of directors of Iridex Corporation approved an increase in the base salary of Romeo R. Dizon, the Company’s Vice President of Finance, from $231,000 to $250,000, effective December 30, 2019.
