SUBSEQUENT EVENT	NOTE 15 — SUBSEQUENT EVENT On November 3, 2022, GPS received full notice to proceed with EPC activities under a contract for a 950 MW natural gas-fired power plant that it will build in Lordstown, Ohio. Construction of this state-of-the-art combined cycle facility has begun with completion scheduled to occur in calendar 2026.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
