CASH DIVIDENDS	NOTE 11 – CASH DIVIDENDS On June 23, 2020, the Company’s board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend and a special cash dividend in the amounts of $0.25 and $1.00 per share of common stock, respectively, which were paid on July 31, 2020 to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 23, 2020. On April 9, 2020, the board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock, which was paid to stockholders on April 30, 2020. Last year, the board of directors declared regular quarterly cash dividends, each in the amount of $0.25 per share of common stock, which were paid to stockholders on July 31, 2019 and April 30, 2019, respectively.
