DECLARATION OF SPECIAL CASH DIVIDEND	NOTE 2 — DECLARATION OF SPECIAL CASH DIVIDEND Effective on October 17, 2011, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $0.50 per share of common stock, that was paid on November 15, 2011 to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 31, 2011.
