Closing of the Acquisition of the Business of iDnext Ltd. and its subsidiary, Next-Line Ltd.

The acquisition of the business of iDnext Ltd. and its subsidiary, Next-Line Ltd., by the Company’s subsidiary, BOS-Dimex Ltd., was consummated on January 1, 2016.
