INCOME TAXES	13. INCOME TAXES During the three months ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, the Company's consolidated effective tax rates were 40.1% and 41.0%, respectively. During the six months ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, the Company's consolidated effective tax rates were 40.3% and 40.9%, respectively, approximating the expected 41% normalized rate for each period. There were no significant unusual income tax items during either the three-month or six-month periods ended June 30, 2013 and 2012.
