2.       Divestitures

Income from discontinued operations presented in the condensed consolidated statements of operations and retained earnings for the three and nine month period ending December 31, 2011 includes payments received on a note receivable related to the Company's fiscal 2002 disposal of Automatic Systems, Inc.The note was collected in fullduring the three months ended June 30, 2012.

During the nine months ended December 31, 2012 the Company sold certain assets of the Gaffey division of Crane Equipment and Service, Inc.  The sale of the Gaffey assets did not have a material effect on the Company's financial statements for the three and nine months ended December 31, 2012 and therefore was not reclassified as a discontinued operation.
