Subsequent Events	19. Subsequent Events On October 14, 2025, the Operating Partnership acquired the propane assets and operations of a propane retailer headquartered in California for $14,000, including $500 for non-compete consideration, plus working capital acquired. On October 16, 2025, the Operating Partnership acquired the propane assets and operations of another propane retailer, also headquartered in California, for $10,000, including $1,000 for non-compete consideration, plus working capital acquired. These acquisitions were consummated pursuant to the Partnership’s strategic growth initiatives.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
