Material Terms of Trading Arrangement

During the fiscal quarter ended September 27, 2025, our supervisors and executive officers (as defined in Rule 16a-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended), adopted or terminated the following Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangements or non-Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangements (each as defined in Item 408(a) and (c) of Regulation S-K):

•On August 14, 2025, Matthew J. Chanin, the Chairman of our Board of Supervisors and Chair of the Nominating/Governance Committee of our Board, entered into a Rule 10b5-1 Plan. Mr. Chanin’s plan provides for the sale of a maximum of 10,000 Common Units, and expires on May 29, 2026, or upon the earlier completion of all authorized transactions under the plan.
