Option Exercises

For the three months ended March 31, 2017, employees exercised options to purchase 283,797 shares of the Company’s common stock with net proceeds to the Company of approximately $2.6 million. For the three months ended March 31, 2016, employees exercised options to purchase 211,005 shares of the Company’s common stock with net proceeds to the Company of approximately $1.4 million.

Restricted Stock Units

No restricted stock units vested during the three months ended March 31, 2017 and March 31, 2016. Accordingly, the Company did not issue any shares of the Company’s common stock due to non-vesting of restricted stock units during these periods.
