Option Exercises

For the three and six months ended June 30, 2016, employees exercised options to purchase 203,494 shares and 414,499 shares of the Company’s common stock with net proceeds to the Company of approximately $2 million and $3.4 million respectively. For the three and six months ended June 30, 2015, employees exercised options to purchase 354,252 and 784,724 shares of the Company’s common stock with net proceeds to the Company of approximately $2.3 million and $5.6 million respectively.

Restricted Stock Units

For the three and six months ended June 30, 2016, the Company issued 42,697 shares of the Company’s common stock due to vesting of restricted stock units. For the three and six months ended June 30, 2015, the Company issued 0 shares of the Company’s common stock due to vesting of restricted stock units.
