Subsequent Events	NOTE 12. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In April 2013, the Company filed a complaint in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey against Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Endo), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Endo Health Solutions Inc., for infringement of certain U.S patents held by Depomed arising from Endo’s commercialization of OPANA^® ER (oxymorphone hydrochloride extended-release) in the United States.
