SHAREHOLDERS' EQUITY *Option Exercises* For the three and nine months ended September 30, 2011, employees and consultants exercised options to purchase 58,105 and 2,370,358 shares of the Company's common stock with net proceeds to the Company of approximately $0.3 million and $7.6 million, respectively. *Employee Stock Purchase Plan* In May 2011, the Company sold 69,922 shares under the ESPP. The shares were purchased at a weighted average purchase price of $4.37 per share with proceeds of approximately $0.3 million.
