United Airlines, Inc. today announced that it has decided not to proceed with its previously announced proposed offering of $2.25 billion in aggregate principal amount of two series of notes (the “Notes”).

This Form 8-K is neither an offer to sell nor the solicitation of an offer to buy the Notes or any other securities and shall not constitute an offer, solicitation or sale in any jurisdiction in which such offering, solicitation or sale would be unlawful.
