RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION	RELATED PARTY TRANSACTION The Company recognized product sales to Wright Medical Group, Inc. ("Wright") of approximately $0.1 million and $2.2 million during the years ended December 31, 2012 and 2011, respectively, at which time a former senior manager of the Company had a family relationship with a member of the Wright board of directors. During the year ending December 31, 2013, there were no related party transactions.
