Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On February 13, 2020, Stephen L. Gibbs, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Tyson Foods, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intent to accept employment with another employer and, in connection therewith, resign from his positions as an officer and employee of the Company effective February 21, 2020. Mr. Gibbs’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company regarding its operations, policies or practices.
