REAL ESTATE HELD FOR SALE Kaupulehu 2007 currently owns one luxury residence that is available for sale in the Lot 4A Increment I area located in the North Kona District of the island of Hawaii, north of Hualalai Resort at Historic Ka’upulehu, between the Queen Kaahumanu Highway and the Pacific Ocean. In June 2012, Kaupulehu 2007 sold one of the luxury residences for $5,975,000. The carrying value of the home sold and costs related to the sale totaled $5,990,000, resulting in a nominal loss.
