ASSET HELD FOR SALE	ASSET HELD FOR SALE In August 2020, the Company listed its Honolulu corporate office for sale. Accordingly, the Company has designated this property as an asset held for sale and recorded the carrying value of this property in the aggregate amount of $699,000 as “Asset held for sale” on the Company's Consolidated Balance Sheet at September 30, 2020.
