ASSET HELD FOR SALE	ASSET HELD FOR SALE The Company's New York office was designated as an asset held for sale and the carrying value in the aggregate amount of $1,829,000 was included in "Asset held for sale" on the Company's Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheet at September 30, 2016. On May 2, 2017, the Company's New York office was sold for approximately $2,360,000, net of related costs, resulting in a gain of $527,000, which was recognized in the quarter ended June 30, 2017.
