REAL ESTATE HELD FOR SALE	REAL ESTATE HELD FOR SALE In April 2016, the residence that was available for sale in Lot 4A Increment I was sold for $5,700,000 in gross proceeds, before commission and other closing costs, and as a result of the sale, income in the amount of $190,000 was recognized during the year ended September 30, 2016.

The entire disclosure for certain real estate investment financial statements, real estate investment trust operating support agreements, real estate owned, retail land sales, time share transactions, as well as other real estate related disclosures.
