RESTRUCTURING OF OPERATIONS	P. RESTRUCTURING OF OPERATIONS During fiscal 2014, the Company recorded a pre-tax restructuring charge of $961,000 representing the incremental cost above the minimum legal indemnity for a targeted workforce reduction at its Belgian operation, following finalization of negotiations with the local labor unions. The minimum legal indemnity of $548,000 was recorded in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2013, upon announcement of the intended restructuring action. During fiscal 2014, the Company made cash payments of $857,000, resulting in an accrual balance at June 30, 2014 of $785,000.
