(1) Includes estimated $42.9 million and $40.6 million as of March 31, 2016 and December 31, 2015, respectively, of liabilities for Daraprim® chargebacks and rebates resulting from utilization by Medicaid, Medicare and other federal, state and local governmental programs, health plans and other health care providers for product sold under the Company’s labeler code, which amounts are subject to reimbursement by Turing in accordance with the terms of the Company's purchase agreement with Turing. The Company made payments of $5.1 million on Turing's behalf during the first quarter of 2016. See "Note 4. Summary of Significant Accounting Policies - Concentration of Credit Risk" for additional information related to the Turing receivable.
