Item 8.01        Other Events

On March 26, 2008, AML Communications, Inc. announced it has received a $1 Million order from the Raytheon Company. This order is the beginning of volume production for a 5 year program previously announced on June 30, 2005. Also the Company announced that it has successfully completed audit on $2.6 million order previously announced.
