          (b)     On July 19, 2005, Silicon Image, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Deloitte & Touche LLP as its new independent registered public accounting firm.

          During the Company’s two most recent fiscal years, and the subsequent interim period through July 19, 2005, the Company did not consult with Deloitte & Touche regarding any of the matters or events set forth in Item 304(a)(2)(i) and (ii) of Regulation S-K.
