NOTE 8 - COMMON STOCK	NOTE 8 – COMMON STOCK During the six months ended June 30, 2021 and 2020, a holder of 1,000 and 2,000 shares of our Preferred Series A stock converted those shares into 50,000,000 and 100,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock, respectively.
