On December 14, 2011, Lily S. Chang notified Advent Software, Inc. (“Advent” or the “Company”) of her intention to retire as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer effective January 31, 2012.  Subsequent to January 31, 2012, Ms. Chang will no longer be a Section 16 officer of the Company; however, she will remain an advisor to Advent consulting on various issues as needed.
