SUBSEQUENT EVENTS:	NOTE 19—SUBSEQUENT EVENTS: DIVIDENDS: On January 21, 2021, the Board of Directors authorized a dividend of $0.60 per share to be paid on February 24, 2021, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 10, 2021.
