On April 7, 2026, Yorktown X received 896,274 shares of Common Stock, par value $0.001 per share, of the Issuer in a pro rata in-kind distribution from REG that was exempt from reporting pursuant to Rule 16a-13, as a change in form of beneficial ownership.
