Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE 8 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In April 2017, the Company entered into a service agreement with a consultant for website maintenance services. The length of the agreement is for three years and the Company will issue 15,000 shares of its common stock to the consultant for these services. These shares will be valued at their fair value at commitment date and will be recorded as an expense over the term of the agreement.
