RETIREMENT PLAN	NOTE L — RETIREMENT PLAN The Company maintains a 401(k) Retirement Plan covering all of its eligible employees. Matching contributions made by the Company to the plan are made at the discretion of the board of directors each plan year. Contributions for the years ended September 30, 2011, 2010 and 2009 were $106,000, $95,000 and $74,000, respectively.
