Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

Effective April 3, 2006, Bill Dewes, Vice President, Global Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, resigned from Hyperion. Ms. Robin Washington, currently Chief Financial Officer, also became Principal Accounting Officer.
