As you may be eligible to participate, please read the “Offer to Exchange” and “Schedule TO” (collectively, the “Offering Materials”) that were previously sent to you on December 31, 2012 by Aaron LaPoint as attachments to the launch email as they contain the rules, procedures and other information related to this Offer to Exchange. The Offering Materials also contain a list of “Questions & Answers” that you may find helpful.

The Election Form was also previously sent to you on December 31, 2012 from the OptionExchange@dish.com email address as an attachment.
