Litigation	7 Litigation From time to time, the Company and its subsidiaries are involved in various litigation matters arising in the ordinary course of business. The Company believes it has meritorious arguments in its current litigation matters and believes any outcome, either individually or in the aggregate, will not be material to the Company's financial position, results of operations or cash flows. The Company has been engaged in patent litigation in Germany since 2005. In June 2017, the court issued a verdict against the Company and awarded the plaintiff damages, fees and interest. As a result of the court's judgment, the Company recorded a $10 million provision for damages and fees estimated to be incurred in connection with this litigation. The accrued patent litigation expense of $17 million and $7 million is in other current liabilities in the consolidated balance sheets at September 30, 2017 and December 31, 2016, respectively.
