On January 15, 2021, Core Laboratories N.V. issued a press release announcing a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share of common stock for shareholders of record on January 25, 2021 and payable February 16, 2021.

CORE LAB ANNOUNCES Q1 2021 QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

AMSTERDAM (15 January 2021) - The Board of Supervisory Directors of Core Laboratories N.V. (NYSE: "CLB US" and Euronext Amsterdam Exchange: "CLB NA") has announced a cash dividend of $0.01 per share of common stock payable in the first quarter of 2021. This first quarter dividend would mean a total payout of $0.04 per share of common stock, if maintained for the entire year. The quarterly $0.01 per share cash dividend will be payable on Tuesday, 16 February 2021, to shareholders of record on Monday, 25 January 2021. Dutch withholding tax will be deducted from the dividend at a rate of 15%.

Any determination to declare a future quarterly cash dividend, as well as the amount of any such cash dividend that may be declared, will be based on the Company's financial position, earnings, earnings outlook, capital expenditure plans, ongoing share repurchases, potential acquisition opportunities, and other relevant factors at the time.
