Cash Dividend	9. Cash Dividend On May 2, 2012 the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend equal to $0.10 per common share, to be paid on June 6^th to shareholders of record as of May 30^th. On August 7, 2012 the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend equal to $0.12 per common share, to be paid on September 6^th to shareholders of record as of August 30^th.
