Employee Benefit Plan	10. Employee Benefit Plan The Company has a 401(k)-retirement plan under which all employees are eligible to participate. Employee contributions are voluntary and subject to Internal Revenue Service limitations. The Company made a discretionary matching employee contribution for $88 thousand for the year ended March 31, 2023.
