The description of securities of Masonglory Limited, a Cayman Islands company limited by shares (the “Registrant”), to be registered hereunder is set forth under the heading “Description of Share Capital” in the prospectus constituting a part of the Registrant’s Registration Statement on Form F-1, as amended, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) (File No. 333-283046) is incorporated by reference into this registration statement.
