Item 7.01.

Regulation FD.

On May 5, 2025, Lionsgate Studios Corp. (the “Company”) and Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. (“Lionsgate”) issued a joint press release announcing that the Supreme Court of British Columbia granted the order approving the full separation of the Studios Business of Lionsgate from the Starz Business of Lionsgate. The press release issued by the Company and Lionsgate in connection with the announcement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
