On December 11, 2024, Kevin Noblet, Manager and President of Empire District Bondco, LLC (the “Company”), informed the Company that effective January 8, 2025, he will step down from the Company. Mr. Noblet did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices. Mr. Noblet will remain in his position until that time.
