On October 15, 2025, Murano Global Investments PLC (the “Company”) issued a press release providing an update on the default on its coupon payment due September 12, 2025 in connection with its US$300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 11.000% Senior Secured Notes due 2031 (the “Notes”), including the Company's engagement with an ad hoc group of noteholders, and the presentation of the Company's initial proposal for a consensual restructuring of the Notes.
