Item 8.01. Other Events.

On March 27, 2024, the Dividend Committee, as delegated by the Board of Trustees of Manulife Private Credit Fund (the “Fund”), declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20347 per share on the Fund’s common shares of beneficial interest (the “Shares”), which will be paid on or about April 19, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 26, 2024. These dividends will be paid in cash or reinvested in the Fund’s Shares for shareholders participating in the Fund’s dividend reinvestment plan.
