April 2025 Dividends

On April 28, 2025, AMG Comvest Senior Lending Fund (the “Fund”) declared dividends for each class of its common shares of beneficial interest (the “Shares”) in the amounts per share set forth below:

The dividends for each class of Shares are payable to shareholders of record as of April 29, 2025, and will be paid on or about May 22, 2025.
