Resignation of Controller
On April 8, 2024, Salvatore Dona resigned as an Executive Officer of AMG Comvest Senior Lending Fund (the “Fund”). Prior to his resignation, Mr. Dona served as Controller of the Fund. Mr. Dona’s decision to resign from the Fund was not due to any dispute or disagreement with the Fund, or any matter relating to the Fund’s operations, policies or practices.
