Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 8, 2025, Invesco Commercial Real Estate Finance Trust, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the closing of a $1.2 billion commercial real estate collateralized loan obligation on May 7, 2025. A copy of that press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
