Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On August 2, 2024, Nexscient, Inc. (the “Company”) received approval from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) that it has satisfied the requirements of Rule 15c2-11 to quote and trade the Company’s securities on the OTC Markets and has been assigned the trading symbol – “NXNT”.
