Item 8.01.

Other Events.

On June 24, 2025, Senior Credit Investments, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, declared a distribution for its common limited liability company units (the “Units”) in the amount of $14.8487 per Unit. The distribution is payable on July 15, 2025 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on June 26, 2025. The distribution will be paid in cash.
