Item 4.01 Changes in Registrant’s Certifying Accountant.
On June 30, 2024 Jaag Enterprises, Ltd. (the “Company”) was notified of the resignation of Centurion CZD CPA & Co. (“Centurion”) located in Hong Kong. The Company accepts Centurion’s resignation as the Company’s independent auditor. The Company has undertaken efforts to retain a replacement PCAOB auditor as soon as possible.
Through the date of this Form 8-K, there have been no disagreements with Centurion on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or auditing scope or procedure, which disagreements if not resolved to Centurion’s satisfaction would have caused them to make reference to the subject matter of the disagreement in connection with their reports.
