Other Events.
On May 14, 2025, Rose Marie Glazer notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Corebridge Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) of her resignation as a member of the Compensation and Management Development Committee of the Board (the “Compensation Committee”) and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board (the “Governance Committee”), in each case, effective immediately. Ms. Glazer will continue to stand for re-election as a director at the Company’s 2025 annual meeting of stockholders and she remains a member of the Risk Committee of the Board. Following Ms. Glazer’s resignation, the Compensation Committee and Governance Committee are comprised entirely of directors that are independent under the New York Stock Exchange listing standards.
